WORD: Abhor - Hate
I abhor when people acting mean.
WORD: Bigot - Narrow-minded, prejudiced person
She is bigotic about this actor.
WORD: Counterfeit - fake; false
What he said looked counterfeit.
WORD: Enfranchise - give voting rights
They got ebfranchise and now they can vote.
INTERNSHIP WORDS
WORD: Press Clippings - an excerpt cut from a newspaper or magazine.
My mentor told me that since next week I will make Press Clippings.

ReplyDeleteTry to write sentences that show you understand the meaning of the SAT words. Otherwise, it's not clear what you mean or whether you understand the word. For example, The actor played a bigot who hated women and people of color.
